Ripped Fuel is a favorite supplement of mine. This product is a caffeine/ephedrine stack. This supplement is made by Twinlab. 2 hard gelatin capsules supply: MaHuang Extract 334 mg (standardized for 20 mg ephedra alkaloids) Guarana Extract 910 mg (standardized for 22% Caffeine) Chromium 200 mg (from Chromic FuelŪ patented chromium picolinate) L-Carnitine 100 mg. To complete the caffeine/ephedrine stack you would need to add a tablet of aspirin. Twinlab uses these amounts to get to the 10:1 ratio of caffeine and ephedrine that you need for the stack. The Chromium Picolinate and L-Carnitine are used to enhance the fat burning effect.

I highly recommend this product. I use this product periodically to help get my workout kick started. This product really gets me going. I am at high speed for about 3-4 hours. The recommended dosage is 2 capsules in the morning, 2 in the afternoon and 2 in the early evening. I only take it about 45 minutes before a workout. Be careful when taking this product because it can give you the jitters and make your stomach sick if you overdue it. Don't take if before bedtime because it will keep you awake all night. After 2-3 weeks of constant use you will get used to the product. Discontinue and wait 1-2 weeks before taking again.
